Simple DTI tracts navigation

Very simple 2D interface to navigate DTI fiber tract (paper here). The method is simple. First, the tract data is analysed to cluster similar tracts together and form "bundles".

Those bundles can be represented by an average line segment that is projected in 2D. The 2D view is rendered using the Google maps API. It is then possible to select bundles from the uncluttered 2D views. All tracts that belong to the selected bundles are then highlighted in a traditional 3D rendering of all tracts (upper left corner).
